The Discover Branson Visitors Center is located on the famous 76 strip. Right at the gateway to Branson, Missouri's entertainment district, we are very conveniently located and easy to find. 1105 W. 76 Country Blvd. Branson, MO 65616. Always make sure you use "Country Blvd" in the address or you could find yourself on the wrong side of Lake Taneycomo.
You will check in with us at 1105 W. 76 Country Blvd. We are located on the main 76 strip. Check in times are from 11am-5pm each day. If you will be arriving after 5pm please call us and let us know so that we can make other arrangements for your arrival in to town.
Any cancellations or changes to existing reservations must be made within 7 days of your arrival date.
You should have received an email with your confirmation letter that outlines the list of shows and attractions we have on our VIP ticket list. However, if you did not receive this for any reason you can always go to our shows to see package and filter by VIP tickets for the complete listing.
The VIP ticket list is the only list we have for VIP ticket selections. We do offer the ability to upgrade your VIP tickets to another selection that is not on the list. Yes. We have to make sure we have selected a hotel and room that is Pet Friendly for you and your pet. The hotels that allow pets do charge a pet fee that is owed at the time of check in and we need to make sure we have provided you with that information as well. We will need to know how many pets you are bringing, their sizes and breed (some hotels can only accept smaller breed dogs), and whether or not you will be able to provide a crate if you are leaving your pet in the room (not all hotels require this but some do). If you have a service animal that is not an emotional support pet all of our lodging allows service animals at no additional charge but we will need to make sure they are aware that there is a service animal so that there is no confusion at check in.
You will have to make sure you let us know before you check in with us. Fire codes only allow for a certain amount of people in each room based off of square footage. We also need to alert the hotel to make sure they are adding them to the list for the breakfast each morning.. If you are adding an additional adult in particular there is a $5.68 per person per night charge for breakfast for each additional adult added. Children who are 12 and under are free.
Yes. We require a verbal or email confirmation on all arrivals at least 3 days prior to arrival. If we do not receive confirmation of arrival we will leave a final message alerting you that we will need to cancel the dates you have booked and reschedule them at a later time.
NO, you do not have to do any presentations and there are not any hidden fees to pay later. While we have great deals with our travel partner's presentations, that is always optional and never a "hidden catch". Our catch is more of a philosophy and doesn't cost you anything and has no strings attached. We are old fashioned and still believe that if we can provide you with a great price and exceptional service you will be sure to tell all your friends and family about us. We also want to be your Branson source for the next 40 years. Unlike many others online, you will not be surprised with a hidden presentation or wildly high fees if you don’t do their timeshare. No games, no gimmicks, no hassles!
Because we offer so many different things in Branson, there are some variable policies. Our general policy for most tickets, packages and lodging is 7 days before arrival for any notice to cancel, change or postpone your order. You will receive a full credit to use at a future date. We always work hard to assist in a situation that is sudden or completely out of your control, but that is never guaranteed. Many special deals and/or promotional packages are non refundable, but able to be cancelled or changed without any costs. Any refund requests on ticket or lodging orders are subject to an administrative fee ranging from 20%-50%. We are always on your side and do everything to ensure you are able to visit Branson and have an enjoyable time.
Branson is home to some of the finest folks you will meet in the hospitality and tourism industries. That said, there are certainly plenty that don't keep with our communities values and use "shady" and "misleading" tactics to take advantage of unsuspecting consumers. The vast majority of those offers are not true, not available or require you to attend sales meetings in exchange for a discount. There are also sites that can be dangerous and scam unsuspecting visitors. We have many fine companies that have numerous travel programs to share, but do be aware that not all of them are created equal. Everything you purchase is booked and reserved by our expert reservation staff. You will then receive a confirmation and itinerary via email. The vast majority of our customers pick up everything at our visitors center. Aside from being easy, we will also ensure you have updated maps, directions, coupons, guides, dining menus and other fun stuff. Plus we just love meeting you!! We also have numerous options to get everything to you if you can't come see our smiling faces.
We ask for 72 hours to process your order. This ensures that we receive all confirmations from the theaters and/or lodging establishments. Depending on what is in your order we strive to get all confirmations emailed out to you either the same day or within 24 hours but in some cases it may take longer. We will send you an email with your itinerary and instructions on where you will need to check in with us when you get in to town.
