The park is the authentic setting of the world-famous novel, Shepherd of the Hills. Now in modern day, your family can explore the setting of where the Ozarks began. Plus, your little ones can have a blast in our Lil Pete’s Playland.

The entrance is located by the main park area, near the restaurant and playhouse theater. Please park in the main parking lot and look for the Shepherd's Adventure Park arch.

Pumpkin Fest

Visit our park for a unique pumpkin patch experience during fall weekends. Take your family to pick out a pumpkin (pumpkins purchased separately), build a scarecrow, ride on our jeep hayride, enjoy delicious pumpkin treats, and plenty more fall-fun activities!

North Pole Adventure
Nov 14th - Dec 28th
This magical walk-through experience takes you on a journey through thousands of twinkling lights, a visit to Santa’s Workshop, Old Matt’s Cabin, Inspiration Tower, and much more. Make it a family tradition this Christmas season at the North Pole Adventure, only at Shepherd of the Hills.
Pricing for ALL ages 4+. Kids 3 & under are FREE for General Ticket!
Tickets can also be purchased at the gate, although we recommend purchasing them online to save money. Tickets are more $$ at the gate.
We suggest getting there before dark to enjoy all the activities outside. The Trail of Lights is NOT included with the North Pole Adventure.
