The Copperhead Mountain Coaster is brand new at Shepherd’s Adventure Park for 2021. Branson’s longest downhill Mountain Coaster snakes through riveting loops, drops and curves in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. Plus, the newest & latest advanced safety technology on any mountain coaster!

Longest Downhill Ride

Our downhill ride is over 3,350ft long! This is the longest downhill ride in Branson. The uphill is 1,450 ft making the total coaster nearly a mile long!

Ride Day or Night

We're open from 10AM-10PM all-season long. The course at night is illuminated with thousands of LED lights for extreme fun!

Advanced Safety Braking System

Our Mountain Coaster meets the highest safety and technical standards, built by Wiegand.

All riders must sign a waiver before riding.

Waste of time

Went to ride the coaster and do all of the other activities on the website. All of the tablets to fill out waivers were broken. My son and I waited in line for 40 minutes; there was 1 person doing tickets and the ticket printer was also broken making the wait longer. Once we got to the desk staff informed us that we had to go to the other property for a wristband if we wanted the combo deal. I left in search of it, but the only copperhead location on Google was right there. I tried calling and every extension went to a full voicemail. Messages online weren't replied to. I dont think I'd put my safety in their hands when they can't even bother to help a frustrated customer.

I love that i could control my speed. It does go a little fast at times but i controlled it to my thrill level… This was by far the coolest ride to do at night during the Halloween season. I’m sure it’s truly beautiful during the day seeing all the beautiful trees and mountains.

Unexpectedly fun. Was not thinking I was going to adore it as much as I did, and now I do it every time I visit Branson! Expect pretty views and peaceful nature vibes on the way up, and then switch to fun screaming and laughing as you ZOOM on the way down! I recommend not using your breaks at all if you want to enjoy the super high speeds. Also get ready to go to that ticket booth again after your ride, because you’re going to want to ride it again. Also, it’s a completely different experience at night! 10/10 recommend the Runaway Mountain Coaster.

This Mountain Coaster was SO MUCH FUN!!! It was Fast with many curves and hills to make it really Exciting!! I rode the entire time WITHOUT Braking, which made it even More Adventurous for me!!! Great Fun and Reasonably priced!! A MUST DO when you are in Branson!

I highly recommend this coaster. We have ridden it during the day and at night and love it. We have ridden all the coasters and this one is by far our favorite. It is definitely our go to any time we're in Branson.!
